Terms of Service
Effective Date: 16.06.2025
Welcome to Krafton Agency. By accessing our website or working with us, you're agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully — they outline how we operate and what you can expect when we work together.
1. Who We Work With
We partner with businesses, founders, and creators to provide strategy, design, development, and marketing services. By hiring us, you confirm that you’re authorized to enter into a contract on behalf of your company or yourself.
2. Services We Provide
Our core services include:
Brand strategy & identity
Website design & development
Funnel design and marketing
Ongoing support via retainer (if applicable)
Specific services and deliverables will be agreed upon before starting, either via proposal, email, or written agreement.
3. Payment Terms
Fixed-price projects require a 50% upfront deposit and the remaining 50% upon project completion or launch.
Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Late payments may delay project delivery and could incur a late fee of 5% per 14 days overdue.
4. Revisions & Scope
We allow a fair number of revisions (usually 2–3 rounds) depending on the project size.
Significant changes outside of the original scope may require additional charges — we'll always confirm that with you before proceeding.
5. Project Timeline
We do our best to stick to the agreed timeline. However, delays in client feedback, content delivery, or payment may affect the schedule. We'll always keep you updated if anything changes.
6. Client Responsibilities
To keep things moving smoothly, you agree to:
Provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner
Respect agreed deadlines and payment terms
Communicate clearly and honestly
7. Ownership & Rights
Once the project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables (designs, websites, etc.)
We may showcase the work in our portfolio or on social media, unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel before the project starts, you’ll receive a partial refund (minus any work already done).
If we cancel the project due to unforeseen reasons on our side, you’ll be refunded for any incomplete work.
Retainer plans can be canceled with a 14-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
9. Liability
We do our best to deliver top-tier work — but we can’t guarantee results like specific revenue increases, traffic gains, or business outcomes.
We're not liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or external service failures.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as needed. Continued use of our services or website means you accept the current version.
